    "I completed the Ayurveda cleanse this spring and it was one of the best things I’ve done in a long time. Before the cleanse I had pretty consistent stomach discomfort, bloating, general fatigue and stubborn excess weight after having two children. I hadn’t felt great for a long time so I was excited to try something new.

    I did the cleanse for 7 days and felt like a new woman at the end of the week. ALL of my bloating and stomach discomfort went away. For the cleanse- I gave up caffeine, which was very difficult for me at the beginning. But by day 5 I had so much more energy and started to feel amazing with no caffeine in my system. I was able to start falling asleep easier (without feeling the need to take a sleep aide). And I also lost almost 10 pounds. The weight literally melted off of me because I finally gave my system a real break that it so desperately needed.

    I found the diet very easy to stick to. I have a very hectic schedule with two small kids. So knowing what I was going to eat 3 times a day was amazing for me! One less thing to think about. I found day 2-4 to be the hardest. I definitely felt weak and tired during these days, but by day 5 I felt incredible. It was completely worth a few hard days.

    After the cleanse I felt so good I chose to incorporate many aspects into my life. I still eat ginger before meals and eat 10x the amount of vegetables I ever did before. Rice and mung beans are also a very big staple in my diet now. Making these changes has helped keep the weight off and dramatically improved my stomach issues.

    On a more personal note, I thought Charlotte was a fantastic coach. Her instructions/cleanse guide was so detailed I don’t think I had a single question after I read through it! She checked on me multiple times throughout the week and had a genuine interest in my experience and success. Sometimes you just know when someone is in the right line of work. Charlotte is meant to be a health coach. She is truly passionate about Ayurveda and wants to help people live and feel better. I would recommend her and this cleanse to anyone! I can’t wait to do it again in the fall."

    "I am a 65 year old woman with several health issues. I began to explore Ayurveda with assistance from Charlotte to find a more natural and holistic approach to better health. I first tried a few supplements suggested by Charlotte for joint health, gut health and overall wellness. Upon her recommendation, I tried a seven day kitchari cleanse this spring. Due to additional health issaes, I was not able to do the oiling and castor oil purge, but definitely benefitted from doing the basic cleanse by itself.

    I had a noticeable improvement with bloating and gas (the flattest my tummy has felt in ages!) and even lost 6 pounds that week!! Charlotte wrote up an incredibly detailed plan for the week: how to cook the meals, recipes, what the purpose and benefits were of the ingredients, what to expect (like potentially being tired on day 2 or 3 of the cleanse), and tips on how to be more mindful and nurture myself during the cleanse.

    I usually have to cook way more than i want to due to numerous food allergies. The cleanse was so easy-just a few minutes of food prep in the morning and then I was done cooking for the day!! I will admit that I was over the kitchari meals by day seven but I still try to incorporate the rice/mung bean/cooked vegetables dish at least once or twice a week.

    I feel like my abdominal bloating is still much improved from what I used to have. I will probably do the kitchari cleanse again in the fall since it was so beneficial. I would highly recommend Charlotte as an Ayurveda consultant to anyone that wants to pursue a more natural and holistic approach to good health. Charlotte is passionate and very knowledgeable about Ayurveda practices and went above and beyond to find things specific to my health needs. She was a true delight to work with!!"

    "Charlotte’s advice is the warm sisterly hug you’re always needing. She gave me a simple yet powerful tip that has changed the game for my one year old and her reoccurring diaper rash. My daughter has had an extremely sensitive bottom and is really prone to horrible diaper rash to the point of bleeding. I have every topical prescription you can think of for diaper rash and sure they help temporarily, when in dire need, but none of them keep the rash from coming back. Charlotte guided me towards using strictly coconut oil for her since it’s summer time and coconut oil is cooling and calming to hot, irritated skin conditions. And to my surprise…we have not gotten ONE rash since. I am shocked! Every night I rub her little body head to toe with coconut oil after her baths and every diaper change I do one big swipe of coconut oil front to back before putting her new diaper on and I cannot believe how much it has helped her sweet skin! I even have both grandmas well equipped with a bottle of coconut oil for the times they get to keep their granddaughter at their houses. Coconut oil all around!! Forever grateful for this nugget of wisdom Charlotte shared with us that has completely changed my girls skin for the better."
